At Old School Mzansi, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we offer hassle-free returns and refunds in line with the policy below.

Returns

  • You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Caps, hats, and headwear

  • Socks and undergarments

  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees (e.g., next-day delivery at R59.00) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Exchanges

  • We allow size exchanges or product swaps for items of equal value, subject to stock availability.

  • Standard delivery (2–4 days) for exchanged items is free.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at oldschoolmzansi@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email oldschoolmzansi@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide return instructions and a return address.

  3. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund, exchange, or store credit as requested.
