4. Shipping & Delivery

    • Next-Day Insured Doorstep Delivery at R59.00.

    • Standard Doorstep Delivery (2–4 business days) for free.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Risk of loss passes to you once the order has been delivered to your provided address.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, provided items are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days once the returned item is inspected.

  • Certain items (e.g., socks, undergarments, clearance items) are non-returnable unless defective.
